Man recovering after rollover crash in Pike Creek Sunday evening

A 32-year-old man is recovering after his car rolled off the road in Pike Creek Sunday evening and flipped on its side.

New Castle County paramedics, firefighters and police were called to the intersection of Skyline Drive and Mermaid Boulevard just before 8 p.m. for reports of the crash.

On scene, first responders found the man's white Toyota on its side near Pike Creek Professional Center, and the man with head injuries.

Hockessin Fire Company personnel, accompanied by New Castle County paramedics, took the man to Christiana Hospital, where he is recovering.

He was stable when first responders transported him, paramedics said.

New Castle County police are investigating the cause of the single-vehicle crash.
